FREDERIKSTED, St. Croix, USVI - A woman who allegedly defrauded her father out of $1,000 by taking him to an ATM machine to withdraw money, although she knew he suffers with Alzheimer’s and was incapable of providing consent, was arrested Thursday, the USVIPD has announced.
