ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Some 20 persons have made the Dr D. Orlando Smith Hospital their home, causing a strain on the purse of the BVI Health Services (BVIHSA).

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Chairman of the BVI Health Services Authority (BVIHSA) Moleto A. Smith has indicated that investigations were neither carried out on former Acting Chief Executive Officer, Mrs Cedorene Patricia Malone-Smith nor its former Human Resources Manager Mr Levor A. H. Lettsome, rather they were sent home as part of a comprehensive review at the BVIHSA.

Rotary Tortola secures $45K funding to expand local blood bank

BVIHSA Board ‘received no directive’ from Premier- Moleto A. Smith Jr

Smith Jr has emphasised that the BVIHSA Board is very independent and never received any directives from Premier and Minister of Finance Honourable Andrew A. Fahie (R1) to send two senior staff members home due to alleged irregularities.
