HMP admonished to hire locally

Boat burglaries/thefts from vehicles on the rise
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Four boats moored at the Hodge Creek Marina and one moored at Frenchman’s Cay were reportedly burgled within the past week all while the occupants were asleep on-board, a press release from the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) stated.
Thefts spike while burglaries drop for the holidays
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- While burglaries significantly dropped over the holidays, reported thefts spiked and included such items as scooters, licence stickers, dinghies, a wheel from a vehicle parked at a ferry terminal and a number of iPods, iPads, iPhones and Blackberry cell phones, a press release from the Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) stated.
