UPDATE: Police deny arrest of ‘Cindy’ Rosan

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- There may have been a bench warrant issued for Rosemary L. Rosan aka ‘Cindy’ and an order for her, along with another individual for a separate matter, to be arrested “on sight”; however, the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) is denying that it arrested Ms Rosan today, May 24, 2024.
