UPDATE: Match races on at Ellis Thomas Downs today, July 14!
SEA COWS BAY, Tortola, VI – Horse racing fans are in for an enjoyable time as the VI Horse Owners Association hosts a fun day at Ellis Thomas Downs in Sea Cows Bay today, Sunday July 14, 2013 which will also see a total of four match races being run off.

SEA COWS BAY, Tortola, VI – Member of Alliance Point Stables, Stanley Smith, said a possible career and even life threatening injury to his horse, Bud White, would not deter his team from participating in future races at Ellis Thomas Downs.
