NOAA revises 2023 Atlantic Hurricane Season to ‘above normal’
MIAMI, Florida, USA – Scientists at the US’s National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Climate Prediction Center, which is a division of the National Weather Service, have increased their prediction for the ongoing 2023 Atlantic hurricane season from a near-normal level of activity to an above-normal level of activity for the season.
