Norbert Wheatley aka 'Fix it' missing; Ceasar murder probe continues

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Police are seeking public assistance into a missing person report originally publicised by the family of Norbert Wheatley known as 'Fix it'.

Norbert Wheatley, 68, a residence of Mountain Valley above Huntums Ghut, was last seen on the afternoon of September 10 in East End. He was at the time wearing a long sleeve white shirt and a long khaki pants, a wrist watch and a cap. He is approximately 5'9 and 170lbs.

Persons who may have seen Norbert Wheatley since September 10 or know of his whereabouts is asked to contact Police on their emergency numbers: Digicel - 344 1818, 1822, 1977; FLOW 545-4866; CCT 468-9001, 468-9000.

Probe into murder of Julio Pineda Ceasar 

Meanwhile, the RVIPF Major Crime Team is continuing their investigations into the murder of Julio Pineda Ceasar, 43, of Greenland.

According to the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force, Ceasar was shot at his home on the evening of September 10 and subsequently died of his injuries on September 12 at Peebles Hospital.

One male was arrested and interviewed in relation to the murder; however, he was released pending further investigations.

Persons that can assist with information are asked to call Police through their emergency numbers.

    Please make every effort to find Fix ....he is prominent businessman and a well loved member of our
    Community. We all know he is not well and probably walked away and got disoriented.
