Ceasar killers were looking for another man- Court hears
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- In her first murder case since taking up the post of Acting Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Tiffany R. Scatliffe-Esprit revealed that murder accused, St Kitts national Andraes Norford, and three other men were searching for another individual on the ill-fated day of September 10, 2017, when Hispanic businessman Julio Pineda Ceasar was fatally shot at his residence in East End.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Andraes Norford, the St Kitts national charged for the murder of a man days after Hurricane Irma ravaged the Virgin Islands had escaped Her Majesty’s Prison (HMP) following the hurricane and allegedly used the opportunity to commit the heinous act.
