Meet Rotarian of the Week Violet Thomas-Gaul

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Violet Thomas-Gaul joined the Rotary Club of Tortola in 2003 but was a member of the Road Town Rotary Club prior to that where she held the position of Secretary.

Mrs Thomas-Gaul transferred to the Rotary Club of Westport Connecticut in 2009 and has now returned to the Virgin Islands.

"I am a Rotary Trainer and a five time Paul Harris Fellow. I am presently helping with the District Conference as Chairman of the Family of Rotary Affairs Committee and Hospitality and also a member of the PR Committee," Mrs Thomas-Gaul commented.

The Rotary Club of Tortola's Rotarian of the Week holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Studies with a Minor in History and a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management.

She is a qualified licensed Realtor in the State of Connecticut and  also holds a license here in the Virgin Islands. She is also a volunteer member of the Crisis Intervention Team and the Cultural Committee under the Department of Education and Culture.
