Heavy fines set out for NHI non-compliance

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Regulations governing the controversial and mandatory National Health Insurance (NHI) were gazetted on December 29, 2015 and set out penalties for non-compliance by employers and employees, which include fines. Those regulations came into operation on January 1, 2016.
