Lions Club of Tortola launches 50th anniversary license plate
WICKHAM'S CAY II, Tortola, VI- The Lions Club of Tortola, which was chartered on April 27, 1972, has launched a Commemorative Motor Vehicle Registration Plate as part of its 50th Anniversary Celebration in the Virgin Islands.
