ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Justice Albert Redhead had no remorse for 28-year-old Royden Sebastien despite his emotional pleas for leniency at his sentencing hearing in the High Court today, March 20, 2013 for his involvement in the 2010 First Bank Robbery. Sebastien had pleaded guilty on March 5, 2013.
