ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – A couple residing in Sea Cows Bay on the Virgin Islands main island of Tortola appeared before Magistrate Ayana Baptiste-DaBreo at the John’s Hole Magistrate's Court today, December 10, 2015 charged with unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Pemberton gets 1 year for gun & explosives
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Thirty-year old Danny Pemberton, who faced fire arm and explosive charges stemming from 2010, was sentenced to serve a year in prison, when he appeared at the Magistrate’s Court today July, 11, 2012.
Gun & cannabis accused Pemberton takes the stand in his defense
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Danny Pemberton, who is facing gun and cannabis possession charges, took the stand in his defense last Friday April 13, 2012, and under cross examination by the Crown could not recall his whereabouts during the day February 20, 2010 that led to his arrest.

Pemberton trial – Vehicle with gun, narcotics picked up unlocked
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Danny Pemberton, who is facing a number of charges in court including carrying an unlicensed firearm and unlawful possession of cannabis allegedly committed in February of 2010, had allegedly picked up the rental vehicle, which was unlocked, at the Government Administration Complex parking lot.
