MOONEY BAY, Virgin Gorda, VI - Last night, Saturday February 9, 2013 was no doubt a double treat for patrons. It was a night of local and international jazz flavor which heralded the mood of love with the observance of Valentine's Day just a stone’s throw away. But most of all, it gave a prelude of what is to come at the much anticipated Jazz on the Hill festival set for April 26 and 27, 2013.
