PURCELL, Tortola, VI – A partner of FOL Limited has accused the Minister for Communications and Works Hon Mark H. Vanterpool (R4), who is also the proprietor of One Mart Superstore in Purcell, of violating construction protocol with the erection of a building next door to FOL Ltd.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Relating that his plan to construct a new medical facility at Pasea Estate has been blocked by the “powers that be”, Mr Alred ‘AC’ Frett has blamed the alleged act on what he terms as greed, envy and corruption which is only serving to deny progress of a Virgin Islander and improved health care for the Territory.
