ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Despite the Virgin Islands (VI) being negatively impacted by the adverse weather conditions, on the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month (November 11, 2024) the territory paused to mark Armistice Day or Remembrance Day, albeit in a smaller than usual ceremony at Government House.
