UPDATE: Michael Jack not guilty of murder & manslaughter!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - (Post Time: 4:10 P.M.) Minutes ago, July 22, 2013 Michael Jack was acquitted of murder and manslaughter in the High Court of the Virgin Islands after the jury returned a not guilty verdict for both charges.
UPDATE: Police testifies Jack told him he stabbed brother
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – When Detective Sergeant of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) Pamphil Prevost took to the witness stand today July 16, 2013 during the murder trial of Michael Jack, he told the court that during a mobile telephone conversation Jack informed him that he had stabbed his brother.
Fatal stabbing victim Tishawn B. Henley laid to rest
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Nearly a month after he was fatally stabbed allegedly by his half brother, Tishawn “Rufus” Bertin Henley was laid to rest on December 1, 2012 following viewing and funeral service at New Life Baptist Church, Duff’s Bottom where the local media was disallowed.
