Hon Ralph T. O’Neal honoured for VI cricket contributions

O’Neal, OBE was on Sunday, April 14, 2019, honoured for his sterling contribution to BVI cricket when NAGICO Insurances and the British Virgin Islands Cricket Association (BVICA) came together to host a Cricket Tournament as part of the tribute.
