Differing views on way forward for BVIFC
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - It is well known that the current building identified as the BVI Fishing Complex (BVIFC) rests on Port Authority land and that at some point the facility will have to be relocated; however, what seems to lack clear direction is what role the BVI Fishing Complex should take in the fishing industry.
