UPDATE: ‘Bob’ Hodge & others get leave for Judicial Review!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Justice Vicki Ann Ellis has granted leave in the High Court of the Virgin Islands for four of five men wanted by the United States (US) Government to file for Judicial Review over a second extradition request made by the US.
UPDATE: No extradition for five men in alleged drug ring!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Minutes ago, Justice Albert Redhead in his response to the men involved in the alleged drug ring being extradited to the United States of America, declared that the appropriate forum to try the applicants is in the “British Virgin Islands”.
