ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Dwayne Fahie was handed a sentence of 32 months imprisonment on charges of the intent to supply and possession of marijuana as well as that of handling stolen goods, when he appeared before Senior Magistrate Tamia Richards today, January 15, 2013.
ESHS bat wielding man fined $2000
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Kadeem Maynard, the man who allegedly chased Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS) students with a baseball bat on the school’s compound for a stolen mobile phone, was fined $2000 to be paid by 3:30 p.m. today July 23, 2012, as instructed by Magistrate Tamia Richards.

Charges dropped against 4 in VG night club brawl!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Charges brought against four young men were dropped due to a lack of evidence found against them on their charges which stemmed from an incident at a Virgin Gorda night club in December 2011 and one individual, who allegedly instituted the crime, pleaded guilty and was fined.
