Willock expresses disappointment in racetrack saga; Wants matter resolved
SEA COWS BAY, Tortola, VI- Former Speaker of the House of Assembly (HoA) Mr Julian Willock has again expressed his disappointment in the continued standoff between the Government of the Virgin Islands and the Thomas family over a lease agreement for lands at Ellis Thomas Downs in Sea Cows Bay.
