‘If you give me $1M I can fix’ CGB beach issue – John I. Cline

CANE GARDEN BAY, Tortola, VI- Claiming to have no knowledge of what is being done to fix the issue of the Cane Garden Bay Beach being contaminated, especially due to sewerage overflows and after heavy downpours, outspoken citizen and clergyman John I.
