Bidens choose St. Croix again for new year; Bryan expresses gratitude

Biden and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden to the island of St. Croix for their stay on Wednesday — the second straight year the Bidens are ringing in the new year on the Big Island.

Biden's arrival to St Croix, US Virgin Islands later this month, where the sitting president — who on several occasions has welcomed the new year with his family on the Big Island — will spend his precious year-end vacation time.
