Tropical Storm Sean forms in eastern Atlantic
MIAMI, Florida, USA- Tropical Storm Sean formed early Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from a system off Africa that’s headed generally west toward the central Atlantic, and there’s another system not far behind.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Department of Disaster Management (DDM) is reporting that the tropical disturbance/Invest 99L located about 850 miles ESE of Barbados, is moving to the west-northwest near 20 mph.
