MIAMI, Florida, USA- Tropical Storm Sean formed early Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from a system off Africa that’s headed generally west toward the central Atlantic, and there’s another system not far behind.

As of 5:00 AM today, Wednesday, Sean was located roughly 725 miles west-southwest of Africa’s Cabo Verde Islands in the far eastern Atlantic.

It was moving west-northwest at 13 mph with maximum sustained winds of 40 mph, just 1 mph over the minimum threshold for a tropical storm.

The National Hurricane Center has forecast little change in strength for the next few days.

Sean’s tropical-storm-force winds extended out up to 90 miles.

Also Wednesday, a new tropical wave that just emerged off Africa has been given a 20-30% chance of developing.

Let me see if the nonPremier will learn from Philipe and CLEAR THE GHUTS NOW and arrange a team on standby for after cleanup or if this will be another campaign to beg for money to deal with the impact of climate change (WHILE WE JETTING OFF ON A PLANE EVERY OTHER DAY!) and having people work for free (also known as slavery) to do cleanup of the government's mess that is a direct result of its sheer incompetence. Kye belly full. I do not know what his role is anymore.

Total fear spreading, what is missing is the section of the report that forecasts a North turn and for Sean to dissipate well east of the islands (max wind speed 40knts). We remain in H season but need accurate reporting (in the day of Phillippe i could find no information at all about the NHC forecast 12" overnight rain but nothing was circulated, we decided to prepare but lots of businesses had no idea).
