ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Virgin Islands (VI) Department of Immigration has announced new policies for persons looking to renew their entry permits for the Virgin Islands in December 2020.
Work permit applications to go digital by end of August
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Employers have been given the assurance that by the end of August 2019, they would be able to log on to their computers and file applications and make payments for work permits as the Government of the Virgin Islands progresses in digitalising some of its core systems.

Orlando Smith (AL), who is responsible for Immigration, had promised on February 15, 2018 that he would announce some changes to the Department today, February 16, 2018 that would bring some relief to the public.
