Wind flow & northerly swells producing choppy & hazardous seas- DDM
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – High surf and small craft advisories remain in place for the Virgin Islands, as according to the Department of Disaster Management (DDM), a surface high pressure will continue to generate a moderate to fresh wind flow across the region.
