GEORGE TOWN, Cayman Islands- The Virgin Islands ended their campaign at the 48th Carifta Games in the Cayman Islands on April 22, 2019 with a silver medal in the Girls Under 17 400m Relay to take the Territory’s medal count to seven (7).
