‘Fraser lives to bat another day!’ – Doug Wheatley
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Radio talk show host Doug Wheatley believes Third District Representative and Chairman of the VIP Honourable Julian Fraser RA may not have ‘scored any runs’ during his lengthy speech in the House of Assembly on the Sea Cow’s Bay Harbour Development Project but he was able to ‘keep the ball out of his stumps which means he can bat another day’.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Representative for the Third District and former Minister for Communications and Works Hon Julian Fraser RA said that if the Auditor General’s report on the Sea Cow’s Bay harbour project is accurate, he is prepared to go to jail.
Third District projects at a standstill?
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Budgetary allocations for some of the major projects in the 3rd District are not flowing and its representative Hon. Julian Fraser, RA has no idea of where the funding will come from to complete them.
