‘Fraser lives to bat another day!’ – Doug Wheatley

Wheatley was speaking on his radio talk show Speak Out BVI aired on ZBVI 780 AM last night September 23, 2014 in reference to the Ninth Sitting of the Third Session of the Second House of Assembly during which there was a debate on the report of the Auditor General on the Sea Cow’s Bay Harbour Development Project on September 11, 2014.
“There are a number of redundancies built into the system, so if there is a document [such as] a contract, we know that it would be lodged in two or three different offices. So it is unlikely that one would not be able to find that document in one of those three or four repositories where it would be lodged,” he said.
“And that’s true for a number of other documents,” he said.
“So let us hope that the documents in question which would help to [shed] light on this problem that they would [be found] and that they can then be turned over to the Auditor General and she could look at them, review them and see if their presence and existence would make any difference to the recommendations that she has made,” he said.
“So I think that is it important that those documents be sourced and as said there are redundancies so documents are deposited in different places. It seems strange that in none of those places the documents cannot be found or made available,” he said.
In the report which was laid on the Table of the House of Assembly during the Sitting on September 11, 2014 and in it the Auditor General disclosed a number of findings. Among these, it was disclosed that documents concerning the project could not be found in a number of agencies.

What is his point again? obviously nothing as usual.
Pat go take a damn seat! That's the man you want to run the BVI simply because you hate NDP. Go help Fraser find the documents the Auditor were looking for. Keep that lame a.. comment. If this was about Mark or Myron or anyone else in NDP you would have thrown a fit and wrote 3 paragraphs. Now it's Fraser so let's keep it general and talk about "there should be reprimands".. who should be reprimanded? Say what you saying man.
People in both parties should be put on notice that if they don't follow the law, they go to jail. Is that clear enough for you???
