Engineering concerns halted R/T sewerage project? Not so says Carvin Malone
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The National Sewerage Programme was halted in Road Town last year since, according to Minister for Communications and Works Hon. Mark H. Vanterpool, it was discovered there was a threat to the integrity of some nearby buildings.
