Harrigan has been celebrated on reaching the milestone of 100 years old when family, friends, VI legislators along with the Governor of the territory paid the centenarian a visit to present her with flowers and a card from His Majesty, King Charles III.

ROUND HILL, Tortola, VI - Tortola resident and former sailor, Mr William I. Rhymer aka 'The Judge' who held the title of being the oldest living person in the Virgin Islands (VI) has died at age 104 in the early hours of this morning, Saturday, October 23, 2021.

Smith-Fraser persevered, through the grace of God she says, and yesterday, August 24, 2017 celebrated her 100th birthday.
