William I. Rhymer scores 100
ROUND HILL, Tortola, VI- Mr William Isaac Rhymer, who with his wife Josephine A. Rhymer are well known as the Virgin Islands oldest surviving couple, became the territory’s latest centenarian yesterday, November 9, 2016, following on the heels of Henrietta A. Smith who reached the blessed milestone on October 25, 2016.

Smith, who was showered with well wishes, words of appreciation and gifts at her 100th birthday celebration at the Carrot Bay Seventh-day Adventist Youth Centre on October 25, 2016.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Her walk on the earth was a long one but she did it in an upright, humble, sharing, caring and inspiring manner, according to most of the tributes made about the life of centenarian Robelteen Smith, who was laid to rest today, February 13, 2016 following viewing and funeral service at the Road Town Apostolic Faith Church.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Virgin Islands has lost its oldest citizen, Robelteen Smith, who passed away at the grand old age of 107 on Thursday February 4, 2016.
