Oliver J. Lewis given 3 1/2 years imprisonment for molesting 13-yr-old boy
ROAD TOWN, Tortola VI: Oliver J. Lewis, a Guyanese native and a security technical specialist who was found guilty in December 2015 of six counts of gross indecency with a 13-year-old boy, has been sentenced to three and a half years in prison.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Stephen R. Daniels, the lawyer for Oliver J. Lewis, the Guyanese computer technician embroiled in child sex allegations yesterday April 6, 2016 sought to obtain bail for his client in the Court of Appeal but this was turned down on the basis of his not qualifying according to the set threshold.

Daniels, has filed an appeal which stays Magistrate Ayana Baptiste-DaBreo from sentencing the 35 year old who was last week found guilty of four counts of gross indecency on a child under 14 years of age, allegedly committed between April and June 2013.
