Tropical Wave affecting the Virgin Islands
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Virgin Islands began experiencing heavy rains last night, July 30, 2016 and the weather condition is expected to last for most of the day as a fast-moving tropical wave, being referred to as Invest 97L, enters the extreme eastern Caribbean sea moving westward.
