Cloudy to overcast with occasional showers projected for tonight
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI -Synopsis: A trough of low pressure over the Caribbean Sea will slowly move eastward during the next few days. As it does so unstable atmospheric conditions will remain over the northeast Caribbean.

This could be a threat to live and property. Those in the affected area are urged to be ready to take quick action if a flash flood warning is issued or if flooding is observed.

Seas: Slight; swells 2 - 3 FT or peaking at 1 M.
