Skelton-Cline threatens to sue anyone making corruption allegations against him
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Former Managing Director of the BVI Ports Authority Claude O. Skelton-Cline has vehemently denied any links to corruption on his part in the execution of the Cruise Pier Development Project and threatened to sue anyone making such allegations against him.
