Argel A. Horton new 2nd President of Rotaract VG
VALLEY, Virgin Gorda, VI – As the Rotaract Club of Virgin Gorda enters its second year of existence, they officially installed Marine Biologist Ms Argel A. Horton to serve in the position of President and according to Ms Horton her eyes are on continuing several projects with the addition of a breakfast initiative titled ‘No Kid Hungry’.
