Three men arrested, discharged in David James murder probe
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI– Officers from the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force today executed three search warrants and arrested three men for questioning in relation to the murder of David James.
David James denies choking woman at her home
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – David James aka Bush, of Purcell Estate, denied assaulting a woman at her Little Apple Bay home earlier this year which caused her to spray mace in his direction to fend him off.
James freed of Crystal Night club shooting charges
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI –David James, 24, is now a free man after having been relieved of all the charges against him. Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Wayne Rajbansie filed a notice of discontinuance before the Magistrate’s court when James appeared yesterday October 17, 2012.
James gets new trial date in firearms case
