Norville Carey & Southern Miss lift BVI Tropical Shootout C/Ship
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- He only got seven minutes of playing time but all eyes were on him whenever he touched the court and no doubt his team Southern Mississippi were the fan favourites as a result, which is why patrons, some equipped with ‘vuvuzelas’, at the BVI Tropical Shootout last evening December 21, 2013 would have been ecstatic that Norville ‘Banana’ Carey and Southern Miss defeated University of Arkansas, Little Rock (UALR) for the championship.
BVI Tropical Shootout in danger of being cancelled
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Tournament Director of the BVI Tropical Shootout, Mr Steve E. Parillon has disclosed that the event is in danger of being cancelled this year and is asking for urgent donations to be made to keep the tournament alive.
