Tasing of homeless man by police caught on camera
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Three days after a video of a police officer tasing a young man in Long Look began circulating on social media, raising concerns in some sections of society, a video is now being shared on social media showing a police officer tasing a homeless man who was on the ground and not appeared to be posing a threat to police at the time.
