VALLEY, Virgin Gorda, VI – When Coordinator of Youth Employment Services (YES) Mr. Albert Wheatley came up with the idea of a Job Fair for youths of Virgin Gorda, neither he or the property owners had any idea that the rate of unemployment on the island was that extensive.
