Court dismisses case brought against VI Gov’t by Claude O. Skelton-Cline

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Word just reaching our newsroom is that the case brought against the then National Democratic Party (NDP) Government in 2016 by former Managing Director of the BVI Ports Authority (BVIPA) Mr Claude O. Skelton-Cline, after he was denied a contract renewal, has been dismissed.

This forms part of the response given by the Minister for Health and Social Development Honourable Ronnie W. Skelton on the recent resignation of a key Internal Medicine medical practitioner Dr. Anthony Abrahim, who allegedly worked at Peebles Hospital for 8 months without his contract being renewed.
