We are a proud, capable and resilient People but even before we could rebound from August Monday Flood we were slammed by the record breaking winds of Hurricane Irma – Without friend or favour she separated Homes and Businesses from their Roofs, Doors and Windows, disconnected Utilities, uprooted and decapitated Plant life, destroyed our Food Supplies, turned our Harbours into boat Graveyards.
