Man spared jail time for threatening High Court witness
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Kelvin Solomon, 27, was spared jail time or a fine when he was placed on a bond to keep the peace by Magistrate Dr Velon L. John after pleading guilty to threatening a witness following a guilty verdict delivered at the High Court two years ago.

DR man prosecuted for alleged knife assault on girlfriend
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Dominican Republic national, Kelvin Solomon, 26, appeared before the Magistrate’s Court on January 23, 2013 charged with the offences of criminal trespass, being armed with an offensive weapon and assault occasioning actual bodily harm. The offences were allegedly committed on November 18, 2012.
