UPDATE: Commissioner replies to de Castro’s ASPS concerns;
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Ag. Commissioner of Police Mr David Morris has responded to concerns raised by Mr Donald de Castro about the traffic situation at the Althea Scatliffe Primary School and which a letter on the issue was dispatched to the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF).

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The new grade one students of Althea Scatliffe Primary School in Road Town received a treat today when Su Thomas, Commercial Manager of Digicel BVI visited their class rooms to wish them well on their first steps in education.

ROAD TOWN,Tortola, VI – Flags were today, September 17, 2012 hoisted at the Althea Scatliffe and Ebenezer Thomas Primary schools in keeping with an initiative announced previously by Minister for Education and Culture, Hon. Myron V Walwyn. The Territorial song was also sung after the singing of the National Anthem.

Primary Supplementary Exams to be done earlier, says Hon. Walwyn
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Students who fail their Primary Five examinations and having to sit supplementary examinations which is normally held in the summer, will now be allowed to do so earlier so that those passing their supplemental can be given the opportunity to graduate from next year.
