ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Minister for Communications and Works Hon Mark H. Vanterpool today April 17, 2014 denounced the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) Interim Report on the Ports Project as being devoid of facts to substantiate claims made therein.
