Roads were horrible before Irma- Dawne G. Weeks

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - "This is not caused by Irma," said Dawne G. Weeks, a resident who took to her social media platform, Facebook, to appeal for the roads to be fixed, while pointing out that Hurricane Irma is not to be blamed.
