Hon Fahie wants Carrot Bay Village renamed to honour past stalwarts
CARROT BAY, Tortola, VI – Representative for the First District Honourable Andrew A. Fahie has disclosed that he will moving to have the Carrot Bay Cultural Village permanently named after one of four men who contributed to the development of the Fisherman’s Dock and bringing that project to fruition.
